Personalize Vehicle Center Design Exploration

Led the design process and evaluated the concept through prototype with leadership and partners to explore a more proactive and preventive, personalized learning, and maintenance vehicle experience.

Redesign Auto-Reorder Feature of the Whirlpool App

Redesigned and launched the 2016-2017 Whirlpool App for Laundry and Kitchen appliances (remote control smart appliance, real-time updates, place orders from Amazon) which has improved usability and received lots of good reviews in the App Store.

Machine Learning (AI/ML) Strategy Development Workshop

Led the Workshop in conducting thorough user research to create a future in-vehicle HMI experience with core values and principles for machine learning. This project leading to another collaboration project in China and impact current China Ford’s voice strategy and system.

Improve Cadillac's Active Safety Feature Experience

Designed and developed 2017-2019 cross-platform vehicle active safety systems (SuperCruise, Lane Keep System, Blind Spot Detection, Night Version) which have been implemented in more than 10 million vehicles worldwide.

KitchenAid App Visual Language Exploration

Explored and defined the KitchenAid brand App visual language through famous cookbook inspiration. Creating a demo design that showcases how to apply it in the app.
